General Membership - Individual - Low Income
Non-residents of Common Roots Housing Trust who are low income and at least 18 years of age and live in Common Roots’ service area (Columbia and Walla Walla counties and the Milton-Freewater area). Each non-residential general member holds one vote at meetings of the membership.
